-TakTaz Motor company has been establishes since March 1996.
-The factory has been laid foundation at Albourz industrial city (Qazvin city); its land measurement is 10034 CBM 4 saloons can be found in the factories which are 5000 CBM.
The factory has office building with 500 CBM.
The factory has started to work since 1998 year.

- First production of TakTaz Motor has been supplied in Iran market naming TK125 as first product with co-operation by Hartford (Taiwanese CO)

- Powder painting line of this co has been run since 1998 year, so this line has started to paint 4500pcs for each shift.
- Manufacturing parts factory has been established since Jun 1999. Based on 6000 CBM and TWO saloons based on 4500 CBM where is included with office building based on 400 CBM.

- Model VR150 (Hartford) has been mass production since 2003 year.
VR150 has been made by Hart ford (Taiwan) which is off road model and it is equipped with engine – CG150, front brake (disk) and single rear cushion.

- This co has started negotiation with Suzuki (Japan) for production of Suzuki products so, TakTaz Co has succeeded to get Suzuki license since oct/18/2000.
- Production of Suzuki product (GS125 model) has been started since 2000, after buying technical knowledge.
- After sales service DPT. Has started to work in this co. since year 1999 to service purchasers.
After sales service’s activities:
- Creation of after sales service departments in all over the Iran.
- Training repairmen for servicing.
- serving customers with services and maintenance.
- Supplying spare parts to dealers of this Co.

- Regarding Iran market needs to ATV model, Tak Taz succeed to supply Iran market with ATV – 90 cc models at year 2007 with Herchee CO. (Taiwanese co)

- Tak Taz has succeeded to get ISO 9001 – 2000 from MIC at 2005/April/22.
